| PLACING YOUR ORDER |

If you wish to make an enquiry for a particular project and wish to contact Typecast Ltd for a quote, for our current manufacturing lead time or for any other questions you may have, please click on the ‘Contact Us’ tab at the top right of the web page for various methods of contact and will gladly assist you.
If you wish to place an order, we usually require a confirmation letter clearly stating your requirements and the appropriate contact details for yourself. We also require a 25% deposit to confirm your order. If we require any further information regarding your order, such as a sample, drawings or pictures etc, we will contact you on the details as requested above. |

All products will be despatched via courier immediately upon receipt of payment (unless you have organised a personal collection with an employee of Typecast Ltd, in which case your payment must be cleared before your proposed arrival). Once your payment has cleared, your goods will be despatched as a next day delivery unless a timed delivery has been specifically requested by yourself. |

If in the unlikely event that you have an issue with your purchase please contact us and we will gladly assist you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a solution cannot be reached to resolve your issue or your product is faulty due to casting or manufacturing defects, we will replace your products as quickly and as hassle free as possible. |

Every Typecast Ltd product is inspected and has multiple quality control checks before it is prepared for despatch. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Your deposit will only be refunded in full if we are informed within 5 working days. |
